The public health Referral Service “Pharmcontrol” was established in 2004 within the limits of the program "We shall live here" by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow region at the support of Pharmaceutical Company "Medargo". The basic purpose of our service is information supply for the population of the defective and forged drugs according to the databases of the Federal service on supervision for public and social development of the Russian Federation. The reference service, as a social initiative, is not connected with any commercial activity and cannot be considered as an institution supervising quality of medical products. It carries out functions within the limits of activity of the Moscow area Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Chairman of “Pharmcontrol” organization Vinokurov Vadim is also a member of this Chamber Board and deals professionally with problems of public health services since 1998.
